Outlook 2010 Certificate Error Not Resolving and/or Installing
On a computer at my company, whenever I open outlook I get a certificate error like this:
This is normal, so I view certificate, install it in the trusted folder. Normal prodcedure, but when i close out outlook and open it again, I get the same message as if I never installed the certificate. I spent many hours trying different ways to fix this, no progress. Why is it doing this and what can be done to fix this.

You may need an Administrator's account to do that. Since this is a company computer, you probably need to contact the IT dept and let them fix it -unless you are the IT dept!

I am the IT dept :) I did use an admin account too.
