outlook express at start up--HELP!!
Hi..I am new to this, so forgive me if I sound ignorant, i try not to be. I have set up my outlook express program....i have five identities on my windows xp...all the identities start up with their appropriately matched identity to outlook express except one....that one particular identity starts up with the "main identity" to outlook. I can't figure it out!!! Please help if you can. Thanks, Nita

If 5 user accounts you could try OE , File > Identities > Manage Identities , "NEW" button to Add user Identity & Manage Identities , tick "Use this idenetity......" , select user identity & user identity.

Everytime I try to access Outlook Express my internet connection shuts down.
I've had no problem in the last year or so with this. It was working properly at one time.
Any suggestions?
