Outlook Express - Block Sender List
I use Outlook Express for my e-mail. Any messages I receive, and wish to eliminate, I use block sender, which generates a list. I have the problem of the block sender list deleting each time I log off, causing unwanted mail to re-appear. How do I fix this?

Block Messages from a Sender or Domain:
Blocking a sender applies to standard POP e-mail only. It does not apply to HTTP e-mail or IMAP messages.

If you wish to delete an unwanted email click to highlight it then click Delete. The Blocked Senders list does not remove an unwanted email, it sends any future emails from that originator directly to your deleted items folder. YOu can see the contents of the Blocked Senders list by opening OE and going to Tools|Message Rules|Blocked Senders List.

Thanks for the info. but does not truly solve my problem. My block sender list deletes itself when I log off, so I have no list to go back to if I choose to unblock a sender.
