Outlook Express - incoming server addresses changed

I have two different email addresses set up in Outlook Express. The incoming servers are both POP3 and are different, I am using the same outgoing server. When I first open Outlook Express following a reboot, the incoming server addresses are changed to the IP address of one of my incoming servers ... meaning that I cannot receive mail from my second address until I change the incoming server address .. any ideas as to why this is happening and how I might be able to get around this problem .. this did not happen on my old 2000 system.
