outlook express send issues

is it just me or are there any others out there having issues with sending messages after synchronizing using comcast IP???  i have no issues receiving mail in outlook-only sending them-neither comcast nor mcafee were successful in helping me to resolve this issue.  i've tried various things that were suggested by both parties and no luck...i keep getting the error message: The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'sheree12675@comcast.net'. Subject 'test', Account: 'sheree', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 [PERMFAIL] comcast.net requires valid sender domain', Port: 465, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79
