Outlook installed on two different Dell laptops

Question

Bought a new Dell laptop with Outlook installed, just like my old Dell laptop. Outlook is configured on both for the same email address. Both are active computers. Will Outlook on the new and the old computer BOTH get my mail? Will deletions on one machine affect what is on the other? And where is the best help site for me to import my address book and file folders to the new machine's Outlook?
