pages won't load completely

Some of my internet pages will not load completely.  It will often load as a blank box with a tiny box in the upper left corner.  This tiny box contains 3 shapes - a red square, a blue triangle, and a green pentagon.  How do I fix this?

mlgolisch,

Thanks for using the Dell Community Forum.

Who is your ISP, how are you connecting to them, what pages does this happen on and what was changed when it started happening?

My ISP is AT&T and I have a DSL connection.  I don't know what's changed to make this happen - my antivirus shows a clean system.  I tried smartmoney.com and tried to access their retirement worksheets but the worksheets load as a blank page.  I've also tried the Morningstar website with the same result.

Thanks

So what you are saying is that web pages load fine... you just cant load documents?  Like a PDF file or DOC file??

If thats the case you may want to reinstall Adobe Acrobat Reader and your Office software.

If you are having problems loading web pages period.  Like www.msn.com etc  you need to talk to your ISP about possible routing problems and/or DNS problems.   This doesnt sound like it has anything to do with the DELL machine.
