PBR Image and windows 10

I know this has been covered before but I have a Dell Venue 8 Pro tablet that I recently upgraded to Windows 10.  I want to blow away the PBR and WINRETOOLS partitions as I have  system image and usb recovery drive. My worry however if that this may effect functionality in  the BIOS. In the bIOS I have an onscreen mouse and keyboard. Also if I boot to the diagnostic tools I also have a touch mouse and keybaord. Will deleting these two OEM Partitions kill this functionality? I am doing this to reclaim disk space
