if the add hardware wizard pops up cancel it. Let the Dell installation continue. Be sure the printer is turned off, or unplugged, during installation.

1. Locate the file you downloaded.
NOTE NOTE: This is usually on the Desktop or in the My Documents folder.
2. Double-click the icon of the file you downloaded.
The file window appears.
3. Click the Continue button.
The Select the folder where you want to unzip the files to window appears.
4. Click the OK button.
The window Do you want to create a folder? appears.
NOTE NOTE: If a message appears asking to overwrite the folder, click the Yes to All button.
5. Click the Yes button.
The window All files were successfully unzipped appears.
6. Click the OK button.
The installation will begin.
7. Follow the prompts that appear to install the driver.
8. If prompted to restart your system, click the OK button.
