The above error indicates the Dell backup and recovery application or the partition itself is corrupted. Request you to use the below link to reinstall Dell backup and recovery and try doing it again:
If this doesn’t work then you may try doing a manual reinstallation using the operating system disc that was sent with the computer (if you have one). If not then do send me the system service tag via private message. I will check and see what can be done.
Firstly thanks for ur cooperation. This is what came up after uninstalling the software from the pc and reinstalling the one u provided in the link. It ends up with an error. I have pmed u my service tag and no there was no CD with this laptop. Hope u can help me out.
Hello, after the failure of the setup, today I reinstalled the software and tried for a second attempt but now after the setup when I launch the software the below image is shown again.....:emotion-9: Please reply me as soon as possible.
