I’ve email dell Tech Support And ask For A win 8 Install Dvd with product key So I Can update Win 8.1. I Got no reply's from Dell. Do I email dell again ask will Help Me update to win 8.1 I like To be Mail me require material’s as installation media,what your recommendations . :emotion-11:

dellxps 8500 ,intel core I7-3770 3.4 Ghz standard chipset communications internal sound

Windows 8.0 64 bit ie-10,and other internet software.

16gb RAM, GeForce650 2gb Have Norton 360 and Motorola 2210-02 dsl modem have att dsl

Hardware

have 6 usb 2.0 and 4 usb 3.0 ports, 6 internal usb

16x dvd burner and dell wired Mouse A i-rocks KR-6820E back lit key key board

Unfortunately Microsoft have not released Windows 8.1 as a standalone update or provided a direct link to a Windows 8.1 .iso. Dell will likely only be able to send you a Windows 8 Reinstallation DVD as Microsoft made Windows 8.1 Reinstallation DVDs reject Windows 8.0 product keys (there are workarounds but you still need to obtain the installation media which Microsoft have made difficult to obtain). This has been a major inconvenience for Windows 8.0/8.1 users.
