PLEASE HELP.....Erasing Everything On My Computer

HELLO I NEED TO MAKE MY DELL COMPUTER LIKE NEW , JUST HOW IT WAS OUT OF THE BOX. I WAS TOLD AT START UP WHEN YOU SEE THE DELL SYMBOL TO PRESS AND HOLD CTRL AND PRESS F11 MULTIPLE TIMES TILL A BEEPING NOISE. THIS IS NOT WORKING. WHAT DO I DO?????
