You are using highly specialized software that almost no one that visits these forums is likely to use.  We have no idea what the software maker recomended in terms of a patch, because your message is not at all clear.  The only thing I can suggest is to use System Restore to restore your system to the state it was in prior to installation of SP2 and wait on SP2 until the maker of the router and engraving software has a clear fix for the problem.  Unless you can provide more information on the "patch" that the software maker recommended, I don't know what else to suggest.

Well i know is king of weird what type of pacth do i need for this but when i talked to my engraving support they told that i have to deal with microsoft guys for a pacth or somehting no so much big deal. They just told me that they are some changes of fixing but they take to long and the other choice to remove it but i don't want to do it cause seems that is working well only that i have this problem
Can you help me??

Unless you can be more specific about what patch the software people recommended, it is going to be very difficult to help you.
