Well, I did go into add/remove programs and it no longer shows up there, but it does seem to show up when I go to program files. I tried to reinstall going back to add new programs, putting in the CD in the drive. But I get a box that says "uninstaller set-up failed to initialze You might be unable to uninstall this product" with an OK to click. AFter clicking OK it runs through, then I get a box with a big red X that says "cannot create registry entry". Any thoughts?
Both AdAware and Spybot S & D have restore functions to undo changes you've made using the programs. You can try that. And you can try reverting to a System Restore point before you had this problem.
