Dorbet,

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

How is your friend connecting to Netzero, by what means?  You may need to reinstall the modem drivers, if this is how the connection is being made.

He use   Dial-Up. By the way,  he use Juno as secondady ISP. This one work pefectly. The modem self-diagnostic indicated its working fine.

Thanks for your prompt response.

Hi,

I am using the Netzero and the AOL connection and I keep getting the same message on the computer. Also, I have used AdAware before this happened, to remove almost 308 infected objects.

What is the correct solution to this problem?

I have already reinstalled the drivers, did msconfig and disabled all items, sfc /scannow. Will try resetting the TCP/IP. OS is Windows XP.

Thanks,

Raven

You must reinstall Windows, then reinstall Juno. This will remedy the "poor network connection" error message. (I recommend that you reformat the harddrive first, then reinstall Windows. Either way, you are going to have to reinstall any drivers, software, etc. Of course, save any important files that you may need...reformatting will erase everything.)
