Power down problems

I updated my system bios to a11 and updated the nvidia bios and drivers.

But for some reason after that my system boots down real slow,it takes about 30-35 seconds to boot down.

So I reversed all my changes to the original bios and drivers but same problem.I then reformated my whole drive and still slow boot time.I am not sure if it is a window update,but out of solutions to try.
