Preparing automatic repair and Diagnosing your computer LOOP
So this happened just today, I was uninstalling things from my LAPTOP and there was something in Chinese and I uninstalled it and it was something important that I needed to play a game and there was no way to get it back so I went ahead and factory reset my laptop and than I came across a video on how to reset my laptop WITHOUT losing my files AND it resets the things I installed/uninstalled so I shut the computer down while it was in the middle of a factory reset and than I turn it back on and BAM it says Preparing automatic repair and 2 seconds after that it says Diagnosing your computer and keeps repeating it and SOMETIMES it says something like "this may couple hours to complete"" but I waited like 10 hours and nothing happened. Please help my laptop is a Dell Vostro 5470 and is running Windows 8 and was not upgraded to 8 and also I can't find my disk, IF it even came with my laptop.

Run Diagnostics by tapping F12 as soon as you reboot to access the boot menu.Don't wait for any screen before tapping F12.

Run diagnostics:

If they pass perform A Clean Install of Windows 8 Service Pack 1 (otherwise known as Windows 8.1):
