Printing problem with IE 5.5 - Internet Explorer Script Error PLEASE HELP!

When using MS Internet Explorer 5.5  I can't print. When I try
to print on IE, I get a screen entitled "Internet Explorer Script Error"
that indicates: Line: 1047
Char: 1
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method
Code: 0
URL: res://C\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/preview.dlg

When I try to print an email message the same screen comes up with the
following for the 5 lines:
Line: 1344
Char: 1
Error: Access is denied
Code: 0
URL: res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEMS\SHDOCLC.DLL/preview.dlg

I would greatly appreciate any assistance or advice.

See the second post HERE. I would also urge you to consider upgrading to the current version of IE...you are multiple versions behind which means your browser is lacking security and other enhancements in latter versions.

Hopefully this will help someone else. I went through all of the "fixes" I could find searching Google. Verifying registry entries, spyware BHO checks, Update IE (6 sp1 in my case)and none of them worked. My problem ended up being margins. The left and right margins were set halfway across the page and the top and bottom were set halfway, leaving nowhere to print. Go to file Page setup in IE to see the margin setting. I set mine to .5 all the way around.
