Printing problem with IE 5.5 - Internet Explorer Script Error PLEASE HELP!
When using MS Internet Explorer 5.5 I can't print. When I try
to print on IE, I get a screen entitled "Internet Explorer Script Error"
that indicates: Line: 1047
Char: 1
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method
Code: 0
URL: res://C\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/preview.dlg
When I try to print an email message the same screen comes up with the
following for the 5 lines:
Line: 1344
Char: 1
Error: Access is denied
Code: 0
URL: res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEMS\SHDOCLC.DLL/preview.dlg
I would greatly appreciate any assistance or advice.

I'm experiencing the same trouble and this is the exact message I get regarding line 1047. Do you know how to fix this??????????

When you attempt to print a document or look at it in print preview, you may receive the following error message: Line: 539 Char: 2 Error: Invalid argument. Code: URL:res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/preview.dlg This issue can occur if the Iepeers.dll file is corrupted or is the incorrect version. To resolve this issue, replace the Iepeers.dll file. To do this, follow these steps: Restart the computer in MS-DOS mode or with a startup disk.
For Windows 98 and Windows 95, click Start, click Shut Down, click Restart the computer in MS-DOS mode, and then click Yes.
For Windows Millennium Edition (Me), use a Windows Me startup disk and click Start Computer without CD-ROM Support.
For additional information about how to create a Windows Me startup disk, click the article number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
