PrintMaster 17

I have the following... Dell Dimension E510 compter
                                 Dell AIO Photo 944 Printer
                                 PrintMaster 17
Problem:
   I am unable to properly align pages for printing. Labels are off-center. Envelopes are off center.
8x10 pages do not line up.  PrintMaster says the problem is the Printer. Dell says the problem is with PrintMaster. 
   I bought the computer 3 months ago along with the printer.  I was using the PrintMaster 17 on my other Dell Computer, but with a HP Photo Smart Printer, and had no problems. I also use Paint Shop Pro 8 and a couple of other print programs and have had problems with them also. 
  If anyone has any sugguestions I would really appreciate it.  Ink is expensive and I've wasted a lot in the last 3 months.  Thanks

Thanks for the information, but I've read every AIO printer subject in that forum. That was the first thing I did. In regards to the printer being the problem...I'm not really sure.  The computer and the printer were bought at the same time and my troubles started then.  Decided I'm going to borrow another brand of printer and see what happens.  Again, I appreciate your answer.
