The problem is that there is no floppy drive

USB floppy drive should work.

The way to emulate a floppy drive with your USB key is:
1. Insert your usb key into the system
2. Reboot and press during POST F2 - to get into the BIOS.
3. In the BIOS find the new entry "USB Flash Drive Emulation" and change that to Floppy.
I've not tried that, but I think it should work.
Make sure you have the drivers on your USB key first, because I think that setting resets if you remove the USB key, in which case you need to start over.
And with the previous post,  I meant for you to buy a USB floppy drive, that will work.
