problem of Windows automatically shuting down
I was wondering if anyone had the same problem or knew the reason why Dell computer would automatically shut down at specific time every day, no matter what I was doing, even without a pop-up warning me it's going to be shut down.
McAfee didn't find any virus infected.
I'm confused.

2. Some form of malware.
If you have only checked with McAfee, you must run a variety of other checks as there are many nasties which McAfee won`t catch.

hey, i got this computer because that same problem (blue screen w/ error mesage) kept happening to my old computer. it comes up and says "dumping physical memory" or something and it's hard to reboot.. then afterwards, it says "your computer has just recovered from a serious error".
i never quite figured this one out, but i think it has something to do with the drivers. i think possibly my hp printer, but not quite sure.
good luck with finding help, i never got ANY. they're next to awful, microsoft tells you to call dell, and dell tells you to call microsoft.
