that everytime that i log in to it it just starts thinking and it does not do nothing.

That really isn't the way to seek help Yari.
 
If you want people to help you, you have to realise they(we) don't have a crystal ball.  Your initial post gave us nothing to work with.  YOU know what is happening, you can see it - we can't, so you need to draw us a picture with words.
 
That picture includes what machine you have, what operating system you are running, what web site you are trying to access, what browser you are using, the exact steps you took. 
 
When did it last work, have you changed your machine in any way since?
 
THEN someone may be able to offer you assistance.

From my experience, it could be one of the following:
A. a problem with the site or it's server
B. A problem with your server
C. the same problem I'm having from my comp and don't understand.
