Try reinstalling the drivers and software for your wireless network card, as bcmwltry.exe is the wireless network card utility.

It's hard to help without knowing which model comptuer you have and which wireless network device you have.  If you can provide that information, perhaps someone can help.

The following link should take you to a file to download.  Run the file and it will reinstall the drivers and the wireless utility.

http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&releaseid=R102320&SystemID=INS_PNT_P4_1150&os=WW1&osl=en&deviceid=8041&devlib=0&typecnt=1&vercnt=4&formatcnt=1&fileid=132284

I've never had to uninstall before installing the new drivers and ulitility, but then I've never had the problem that you are having.  Try uninstalling through Add/Remove programs, then try installing again.
