Problem with Microsoft Picture It Publishing
Wanted to add clipart to greeting card. Inserted Setup, Designs and Art Disc as instructed. Received following error messages:
Pip has caused an error in MSVCRT.DLL
Pip has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL
Pip has caused an error in MFC42.DLL
Restarted PC as instructed; to no avail. Uninstalled Pip and reinstalled; to no avail.
Help will be greatly appreciated.

If your using PIP 2001 there are some updates that may help. Also there are some conflicts with older HP drivers.

Thanks. Problem not printer related. Don't have an HP. Followed thru on suggested site but problem solution not found. Posting new message with problem details expanded.

Apology. Apparently I did not comprehend the updatehp solution. Download and installation of same took care of the problem. Cannot thank you enough.
