Problem with missing .dll

Question

Hello, i just bought a Dell 1525, and each time I turn it on and vista starts, i get this error square that says, igfxtraywindow:igfxtray.exe and another one that says the same bue with hkcmd.exe, it also says that c:/windows/system32/igfxres.dll, that says si not working properly. What should I do? what type of error is that, also I did a System comple restore (To original state). Thank  you

With a brand new computer, your first step should be to contact Dell Support. That error refers to the touchpad. Reinstalling the touchpad drivers might help, but check with Dell.
