Lawrence, it's been that way for over a year, that I recall.  I don't know what Dell has to do to the site.  It was flagged to the moderators before but I'll do it again.

Paindoc,

Go ahead and add this to your Trendmicro. The URL security certificate was resolved back in Dec 2006 when the URL changed, so you should not be seeing it. If after you add the site to your safe site list it continues to happen please let me know.

Gina,
I'm having the security certificate problem today.  The warning says I'm trying to contact forums.us.dell.com but the security certificate presented belongs to www.dellcommunity.com.

If you use Mozilla Firefox, you get the message that looks like this. Has been an ongoing problem.

The url on my browser is also www.dellcommunity.com, but when  I clicked on the Reply button (when not yet logged in) I got the security warning several times today from Netscape that I was trying to contact forums.us.dell.com but the cert belongs to dellcommunity.com.

I'm currently using Vista/I.E.7 and have Windows Live One Care security suite.

I'm getting the security certificate warning now and it's not Trend Micro that's warning me.

I get the warning with both browsers, Firefox and MSIE.

Something's wrong at dellcommunity's end, not here, I think.

Been seeing it last couple days too, and I don't use Trend Micro. Get warning that I'm tryiing to contact one site, but the cert belongs to different site.

I just clicked accept permanently.  I figured it must be ok as I am on Dellcommunity.  I don't understand the certificates anyway.   Oh well.
