problem with setup.exe

Question

hi there, i'm obtaining a message that os can'nt run setup.exe after i login to my pc,the message prompts me to remove it's refferance in the registry or to allocate the path to setup.exe.then the pc shuts down,i need a hand in this.

So the PC cannot be successfully booted into windows?, It shuts down no matter what you do?

it boots but after a while it stucks!!!

Sounds like a malware infestation to me, but since it will not operate properly for very long it would be extremely difficult for you to repair it with our forum help, you may need to take it to a professional in your local area to assist you, sorry.

If it can stay running long enough, you can try to run a hijack log on it,
