problem with touchpad & explorer,help plz!!!

hi everyone here!

well i've set the update on a recommended stage. now facing some problems, don't know either its because of that update or something else.

1- the cursor some time move abnormally while sometimes it get a kind of stuck/static.

2- when try to open, eg document, search, or anything like that, get the message:

"explorer has stop working" & then close it while in another attempt, it opens.

could any body guide me plz, what am i missing.
