Problem with Website and Cookies

Question

I am trying to order tickets online for an event.  While trying to purchase these tickets, I keep receiving this message.  If you have reached this page you do not have cookies enabled on your PC or have entered an incorrect web address. The ticketing application requires cookies for full functionality. This cookie contains no personally identifiable information and self-expires when your session is completed. Please consult your browser help for more information on allowing cookies. I already tried fooling around with the privacy tab under the internet options on internet explorer.  Yesterday, I, with the help of dell, revamped my system which including deleting the harddrive and reinstalling everything.   Does anybody know what else I can do.  Thanks

Go into interner options, privacy,advanced, orider cookie settings so that you can let this site do what it has to do to verify your system or whatever it does. Then change it back to the way it was. Make sure it is a valic site and not some sort of scam.   Michael

That didn't work.  I still don't understand why it is not working.  I tried to get through on my friends computer and it worked on his.  Any other suggestions?

Read about cookies in IE/Help/Contents and index/Index/Accepting Cookies. Also put site in Trusted Zones. PS Got a firewall up, right ?
