Problem with Windows

Question

bought a new Dell Inspiron 3552 laptop for my son .. and after a few days I do not know what my son did. Windows was shut down and a message came out stating that the administrator had warned him to enter .. I tried to enter the security and found the Disk Top not found .. I contacted Microsoft support but no solution was found I knew the Windows key to be re-installed .. I went to the Dell site and did not find a solution .. I downloaded the reinstallation tool from Dell on another computer. Whenever I try to install the tool on USB I am asked to enter the service code located behind the machine and when the input appears an error message .. I do not enter the fast service code the same message appears..what is it? How do I know the Windows key installed on my locked device? How do I take off my UBS on this device? How do you have no contact via e-mail with Dell? Waiting to answer my questions and thank you ..
