problems afetr reloading xp

Question

After I reloaded windows xp due to a spyware problem, upon booting up I get 'found New Hardware ' screen that list the following hardware: Video controller,Ethernet controller and Multimedia video controller.It does a search but doesnt seem to find either of the three...I do not have sound since the reload or good video. What do I need to do to remedy this problem??  I was wondering if those three things are still on my computer or not... I do have several discs from Dell that came with my computer that I used to reload it... I appreciate any help.. Thanks,,,

Did you install the chipset drivers first? All your drivers should be available from Product Support, downloads link above.
