Problems showing Flash content & Windows Sidebar in user accounts

Hi all:

I'm having problems showing flash content in my user's accounts IE. This does not happen when I use my admin account. Also, the windows sidebar does not work in the user's accounts but it does in the admin one. I tried down loading the new version of Flash player, but it does not load. Could any body help me? I have a Dimension E520 (DM061), 1 GB RAM, running Vista Home Premium SP1
