Problems with Ad-Aware

I recently installed Ad-aware to my Inspiron 6000. Not even 5 minutes later my screen turns blue and I get this message:

Stop: C00021a  {fatal system error}
The windows logon process
system process terminated unexpectedly
with a status of 0xc0000005
(0x00000000  0x000000).
The system has been shut down.

I chatted with Dell Tech Support but the solution they gave me I wasn't able to do. I was told to go to  two different links:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/156669/en-us"

I tried to do them a it wouldn't let me because the file was being used and another couldn't find find the file. I'm going crazy not being able to run ad-aware. My computer is going through so many issues right now. :o(
If someone could help me out I'd greatly appreciate it!

It won't be adaware which gave you a blue screen. Have you tried a restore to an earlier time? You may have to do a repair install if you've got an xp disc.

That's my other problem. I have no XP restore disk. Can I resolve the issue without it? Or is there another solution? Thanks!!

Go to Start/Help and Support/Undo Changes To Your Computer With System Restore/, and select, then choose a bold date from the calender when pc was working okay.
