Problems with Cox Security Suite

I have just loaded Cox security suite and am having problems with my operating system.  I got the blue screen of death yesterday but was able to reboot.  The system then went to windows where it stated that I might have a driver incompatability problem.  When I booted this morning I had to boot by pressing "F1" and I am in right now.  I have Windows XP SP2.  I am a novice - can anyone help me out there - do I need to download drivers from Dell - thanks
