Problems with DellSupport program

Hello I'm having problems with Dell Support program. I wanted to install Del Support 3.4 but during the installation a message appear with this "Error 1316.A Network error occurred while attempting to read from file C:/WINDOWS/INSTALLER/dell support 3.2.1.msi" Of course the first thing i did was to check the existence of that folder and there is no folder. I have Dell support 3.2.1 installed on my machine (Inspiron E1505) and when i tried to uninstall it, the same error appear. Can somebody Help me please?? Thank You Rodrigo
