problems with win 8 on dell xps l502x

hi there

I have a dell xps l502x with these on it

processor Intel core i7 2nd gen

ram 4gb ddr3

video card 2gb NVidia gt 540m

os win 8 pro

I have these issues with win 8 pro

* cant send files through Bluetooth (with latest drivers from dell web site),it works fine for the first time after the driver reinstallation

* cant rate my system I get this error which says "display driver has stopped responding and has recovered"

* low battery life

Any help to over come these is appreciated
