I've been trying to private message DELL-Rajath N and Dell-Nabeel A BUT they never replied!

This is not an official avenue of Support with Dell, so you will need to contact Dell directly to order replacement media.

The Product Key is in the BIOS ... you can retrieve it using RWEverything (ACPI, MSDM).
