program blocked by activex

In order for anyone to have a remote chance of assisting you you need to give us more information.

What program as this looks to be a problem with the graphics program and not Vista.

thanks for taking the time to reply. in my usual way...which gives my soulmate geek husband heart attacks when he finds out....i reloaded it [in a new place], started the computer over, tried clicking on 7 million buttons, did nothing that made sense, restarted again and it worked...............what the home-business wife of a programmer does when husband is at work...i am sure what thousands of people do when new software is loaded in these evermore complex security features we are possessed by and not geek enough to understand...and usually it doesn't work, we give up and beg for help but once in a while, it works....we just don't know why....i was trying to install 'logosmartz'..thanks for being kind enough to help....running a business at home has its challenges...
