Program Compatibility

Hi, All

Just got an XPS 27, win 8.1.

I use paint shop pro, and am having a problem installing my plugins.

Friends with the same operating system are not having this issue.

When I try and install one, I click on the exe, then setup, and then I get this message:

"This app can't run on your PC"

To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher.

I am not trying to install an app. It's a plugin for effects in Paint Shop Pro.

I have exempted my paint shop pro from the dep, and used my administrator rights.

I ran the compatibility manager, it said that it was set, and to run the program and test it.

Didn't work.

I am out of ideas.

There must be a way to sort this out.
