Program manager
Whenever I start windows a message says program manager not responding. It says to choose switch to and fix the problem. How do I fix the problem if I do not what the problem is?

What operating system are you using? The term "Program Manager" is not common.

Most puzzling. XP has task manager, utility manager, device manager, and synchronization manager, but no Program Manager. I have no idea what that is associated with.
