PSP Files ?

I was looking in my documents and I saw a file called PSP file. It has 26 folders in them.I will list some of them
Brushes,bumpmaps,CMYK Progile,Deformation maps,Displacement maps,Enviroment maps, Gradients.Masks,Mixer player,Pallet,patterns,picture frames etc.
 
            I want to know If I kneed this file.I used to have limewire and I am thinking it was related to that? I have no Idea really? Thanks for your time

That's Paint Shop Pro stuff, an image creation/manipulation program. DELL often has it preinstalled, or a shortcut icon that then installs it. Just time-limited trialware unless you actually buy it.
 
Recent PSP versions use the Documents and Settings folder to place a set of work files instead of remaining in the usual Program Files folder, all created by the install.
 
You might want to check for a Start menu>All Programs>Jasc Software and select the Paint Shop Pro (if there) to see if it is expired/installed/still valid. If the trial time expired you might as well uninstall it, or maybe buy it instead if you want to keep it.
