Qos Packet Scheduler

Hello,

 

Trying to get MSN Messneger 'conversation' working. (Typing and video ok!).

Have read about trying to turn off QoS packet Scheduler.

 

I am on a dial-up connection, 56K.

 

The QoS under the networking tab is 'greyed-out' and can't be turned off!

 

I am set up as 'computer administrator' and assume I should have 'full' access.

 

I have a Dimension 8600, running XP.

 

How do I turn it off please!
