Question about McAfee and multiple computers

Hello all, I'm new to the forums and hope i'm posting this in the right section...   I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 531s that I'm really happy with. It came with a 36-month subscription to McAfee antivirus. In a few more months, I plan on getting another Dell, a laptop (I'm a graphics-design student, and it would come in handy). Since I have to spend extra on stuff to run the programs I'll be using (like Premiere, Photoshop, etc), and my budget is limited, I'm trying to find ways to cut corners. My school requires that all computers have at least some kind of anti-virus software installed, and my question is, can I use the McAfee disk and my current subscription that came with my first Dell to protect this laptop as well? In other words, can I have it installed on two computers at the same time, using the disk that was shipped w. my Dell?   Thanks in advance...

Yes if it is liscensed to more than one computer.On the box the A/V came with it should say more than one system on it.If not i do not think you can use for another,but i am not sure about that.
