i have a dell 2400 desktop  pc and i have juno speedband,when speedband is off page doesnt loadi cant d'load definitions from norton with it off also,could my modem be going bad or is dirt on it?

If you are saying that when the system is online this works fine and when it is off it does not. This is normal performance as it can not reach the site unless it is connected to the internet. If this is not what you are saying then please provide more information.

ok,it like this,i LOG INTO JUNO WHEN THE SPEEDBAND(WHAT MAKES PAGES LOAD FASTER)IS OFF MY PAGE DOESNT LOAD AT ALL,IF SPEEDBAND IS OFF THE PAGE IS SUPPOSED TO LOAD SLOW,BUT IT DOESNT LOAD AT ALL,WHEN SPEEDBAND IS ON IT LOADS,NOW I HAVE TRIED UN-INSTALLING JUNO AND RE-INSATLLED IT WITH THE DISC JUNO SENT ME,IT STILL DOESNT WORK RIGHT,SAMETHING HAPPENS WHEN I TRY TO GET NORTON UPDATES,WHEN SPEEDBAND IS OFF IT FAILS TO FIND SERVER,BUT WHEN IT ON I CAN GET MY UPDATES.IS THIS CLEAR ENOUGH FOR YOU?AND I DO BE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET WHEN THIS HAPPENS. I think your keyboard is broken - you type in ALL CAPS. This is an issue you need to call Juno support for.

MATT,MY KEYBOARD ISNT BROKEN,AND I DID CALL JUNO,HOW DO U THINK I GOT THE NEW DISC?THEY THOUGHT THE SOFTWARE WAS CORRUPT AND SENT ME THE NEW DISC,IT STILL DOESNT WORK RIGHT,AND THE PERSON I TALKED TO WAS IN GET THIS:INDIA
