Questions on Outlook

How do you add another person's email address to Outlook?  Can two people receive messages there?

I have Roadrunner and receive some messages in Outlook, but others only go to Web Mail on Roadrunner.  How can I get all messages from my Roadrunner email address to go to Outlook?

Thanks.

Outlook Question,
Yes.  Two people can receive their e-mail through Outlook. Open Outlook. Click on Tools|Accounts.  Click on Mail tab.  Click on Add|Mail. Type a user's name; i.e., John Doe. Click Next. Type in e-mail address; i.e. JohnDoe541@xx.rr.com . Click Next.  Type in POP3 server address; i.e., pop-server.xx.rr.com. Type in SMTP server address; i.e. smtp-server.xx.rr.com.  Click Next. Type in account name RoadRunner gave you (it's on the pink copy); i.e., JohnDoe541. Type in password RR gave you (it's also on the pink copy); i.e., hong5421kong.  Check Remember password ( if you so desire) Click Next.  Check Connect using my LAN. Click Next. Click Finish.  Repeat procedure for other user's info, whether it's RoadRunner or a different ISP.  Note: Some e-mail servers will not relay sent e-mail for security reasons.  Therefore, you may have to send e-mail using the RoadRunner username, and put the other ISP e-mail account in the Reply to on the General page of the Mail Properties.  These instructions are for Outlook 2000, and I'm sending and receiving my e-mail using my non-RR business e-mail account via my home RoadRunner connection.  Family e-mail comes in on the RR account which is turned off on this computer.
