random https acess problems

Question

Just wondered if anyone else was experiencing a simular issue.  Occasionally, especially after long idle times, secure web pages will not load. That means no logging into any secure web pages such as bank, email, etc..  A restart usually takes care of the situation, but I would like to know what causes this and if it is correctable.   Win XP, Dell XPS gen 4, all the bells and whistles...

Yes, I have the same problem.  Rebooting helps me too but what a pain.
