re-formatting old HD

Question

Now that I rec'd. my new D4600 I am planning to re-format my old XPS-D233 (PII - 64MB) The old PC running under WIN95 (4.00.950B) was partitioned by Dell when delivered in 1997, as is: C:  2.0 Gb D:  1.5 Gb E:  0.5 Gb I plan to create a C: partition of 4Gb and upgrade to WIN98 SE or WIN Me. What's the best plan of attack to accomplish this task? Thank you. jet29

BTW My version of WIN95 in Control Panel/System is listed as 4.00.950B. But when I check it under DOS it is listed as Windows 95 [4.00.1111] ??? jet29
