Re-installing Adobe Acrobat Elements

My hard drive failed and Dell sent me a new one. I have been able to resintall all software except the Adobe Acrobat Elements. It is asking me for a serial number, and the only thing I have is on the CD sleeve ... which looks to be more of a product code. Is there some other place I need to look or can I get this number from Dell (I can provide my service code if required).

Thanks

dolds-ni,  Go to Adobe support, find Photoshop Elements and see if there is help listed there.  If not Email your question to them.  Your serial number is 20 digits long and should be on the sleeve or the CD-ROM.

OK, I figured it out. In the documentation it says:

"The serial number for your copy of the software is located on the CD case."

However, in reality, the serial number is silkscreened onto the front of the CD itself. I had been using a copy of the CD (since we store our originals) -so I would not had seen it.

Thanks for you help on this.

Thanks .. but this is for Acrobat Elements (not Photoshop Elements), which according to Adobe is only sold in 100 seat licensing. The "serial number" on the sleeve is unlike anything I have ever seen Adobe use. My guess is that Dell has a server license for redistribution which may have been stored on the machine - but since the entire hard drive was lost, I have no way of getting that.
