Real Player - uninstall question

Question

In the uninstall menu, there are two items:  Real Player, which is checked by default, and Visualization, which is unchecked by default.   My question - what is visualization and why is visualization unchecked?  I plan to uninstall Real Player, so want to know whether to check the visualization box manually to uninstall it also.    Since I don't use this program, want to uninstall it from my computer.   Thank you.

I presume visualization will uninstall regardless if its checked or not.Try it and see what happens,if doesn't uninstall,than check it and uninstall.

The reason for this is to avoid having to redownload visualizations in cases where RP or newer versions of RP will be reinstalled/installed. Ifyou will NOT be using RP anymore, you should place a check to uninstall the visualizations, otherwise...the visualization files will remain on the computer.

It is just the solution for my problem, Thanks for your effort!

obx1, thank you for your explanation on visualization.  I uninstalled Real Player along with the visualization.
