Recover USER folder
Recently by mistake my FAVORITEs folder was deleted. How can I create the FAVORITE folder again in Windows Vista?

No, it isn't in the Recycle Bin. I removed the folder completely.

The "Favorites" is a System folder and you should not have been able to delete it without deleting the entire profile.
